C++ compiler under vents?

Tell me a lightweight compiler for windows, so that it weighs little, requires little in terms of dependencies and supports the 11th language standard. In general, small in volume, functional, and so that you don’t pull extra rubbish with you, only the compiler and the standard library. IDE, yet, are not interested.
