Good time. The situation is as follows:
2 different infoblocks (news.list and catalog.item
In the properties of IB news.list, a reverse timer is implemented and displayed on the page of the corresponding IB. The question is: can this property be displayed in IB catalog.item? If not, then how can I implement the same timer in the catalog infoblock?

You are confusing infoblocks and components. news.list and catalog.item are the names of the components.
I will assume that you have the first infoblock with news, which is used only in the news.list component, and the second infoblock with products, which is used only in catalog.item.
What prevents you from selecting the data you need from the database in the result_modifier of the template of the component you need through the API for working with infoblocks and processing them in any way? For example, start here
