Is it possible to display all anchor points of unselected objects in illustrator?

If both objects are selected, all points are visible, but you cannot move one point, both objects will move, but you need to move one point and see the other. Thank you.

No. Moreover, while moving a node, only the nodes on the given curve of the object being changed are visible. A simple example: draw a donut, that is, a circle with a hole. We make sure that the object is a single object, that is, the compound path (ctrl + 8 for reliability). We move the node of one of the circles - external or internal: only the nodes of the selected circle will be displayed, and not the other, although both are parts of the same compound curve.

To do this, there is a white direct selection arrow (A). Select a point and move it, the rest of the points will not be visible, but quick guides will tell you where the other anchor point is when hovering.
