Is it possible to disable the translation of directories in the home folder into Russian on Mac OS?

If you go through the Finder to your home folder, then all the names of the main folders will be in Russian: Documents, Images, etc. but if you look at the home folder through the terminal, you can see that all folder names are in English. Obviously, we are dealing with some kind of Finder add-on that localizes folder names.
How to make the folders in the home directory displayed in English?

In theory, it is enough to remove the .localized file from these directories. Didn't check it myself.

Delete the file from one directory, restart Finder (via killall ) and check.
