Is it possible to digitally read the readings from the sensor of this device?

This device is a thermostat. Sensor NTC 10 kOhm. Assembled on STM 8 microcontroller. What you need to understand if you want to connect to the device, take readings from the sensor from it and transfer it by wire to a monitor or display. There is no port on the board. And is it possible to adapt the RS485 port to it?

buy a thermostat with a 485 interface. it will cost some money, but much less than the effort in writing firmware and then picking out bugs.
especially in the conditions of a constantly working thing that controls some process.
