Is it possible to develop this on WordPress?
Hello, I’m not a programmer, I don’t understand programming, I accidentally stumbled upon a theme for WordPress + Woocommerce, I really liked it, I didn’t see anything like this for other cms (maybe I was looking badly).
I will order the development of an atypical IM in terms of functionality, and I don’t know on which cms it is better to do it, I only came across cs-cart. Having familiarized myself with WP + woocommerce and plugins for them, I realized that the functionality suits me perfectly.
Questions:
1. Is it possible to order the development of such a constructor from freelancers or a company, in terms of similar design and functionality, and for it to work on WP + woocommerce? If it is impossible on WP, then on what is it possible?
2. Is it possible to order the development of a non-standard page "Place an order"? I really like the design and working principle of this site (add the product to the cart and click Checkout)
3. WP + woocommerce - are 1000+ products with a similar constructor suitable for IM? If not, what can you advise taking into account my non-standard requirements?
4. From whom would you recommend ordering hosting and which one? IM is focused on the CIS + in the future to the west. I do not want in the Russian Federation and Ukraine because of the instability. I do not chase the cheapest and most expensive.
If someone can and wants to develop a project, I will be glad to hear your suggestions.

1, WordPress is quite suitable for this, if you rummage through my answers, then somewhere I even threw off a pack of plugins of just such a plan for WooCommerce.
2. And what is there non-standard in terms of functionality and not design?
3. Yes
4. Thousands of them.
My IMHO - if the project is with a development plan, then no combines.
And writing from scratch what you need right away can easily turn out to be cheaper than finishing a combine like WP.
