Is it possible to develop in Angular 2 without TypeScript?

I want to try angular, but I don't want to deal with nodeJS TS assemblers and other good things yet.
Is it possible to somehow start development on pure JS without TS and other good things?

There in the manual everything is detailed, you do not have to understand anything. In addition, assemblers and other goodness are quite essential software, it’s worth figuring it out.
