Is it possible to determine the growth order for AES, DES, Diffie-Hellman?

Hello, sorry in advance if this is a stupid question. I searched on this topic both in English and in Russian, but did not find anything.

Is it possible to determine the growth order of the de/encryption time for the AES encryption algorithm?
And for DES?
And for the Diffie-Hellman protocol?

PS that is, how does the time for de- and encryption grow with the growth of input data for de- and encryption?

The answer will surprise you: when using block algorithms (AES DES), the time for encryption grows linearly.
DH is about something else
