Is it possible to DEBUG IOS browser without MAC OS?

I really want to see what errors come out when running scripts that work on a computer, but do not work on IPAD and IPHONE in the browser.
But as I understand it, this requires the SAFARI browser, which is not available under Windows. And they have no internal debugging tools. Who debugs scripts on these mobile devices?
