Is it possible to cut music in real time?

Friends, hello everyone!
Interested in the possibility of technical implementation of the following task (and maybe even a ready-made solution).
I saw that in audio editors you can cut out the music so that only the voice remains.
Here I need the same thing, only in real time. Whatever I watch: a video on my hard drive, a video from Youtube or anything else. So that all the music is cut out of the sound stream and only one voice remains.
I understand that it will not work to remove music in a quality manner. But at least keep it to a minimum.
Conceptual questions (and why do you need, etc.), please do not write yet. I know a huge audience for this feature.
Friends, any information is of interest. In principle, feasibility, complexity, the level of competence of programmers, cost, timing, possibly external equipment, alternatives.
Thank you all in advance!
