Is it possible to create multiple tunnels in the same direction?
There are 2 departments. Department #1 and Department #2.
Each department has 2 employees.
I want that when transferring a transaction from one department to another, it gets to the right employee.
So that from Employee No. 1 from Department No. 1, the deal falls on Employee No. 1 from Department No. 2.
And everything would be great. I would create conditions in the tunnel. But, when I create a second tunnel in the same direction.. only one tunnel remains. That is, you cannot create two or more tunnels.
I'm right? It is forbidden? Or is it possible?
If not, how else can this problem be solved in the simplest possible way?

Each "tunnel" is the direction of the transaction. It follows that you cannot create a direction in a direction. There are a lot of variations of the solution of your description, you need the specifics of the case, the conditions for the transition between departments, the conditions for distribution between employees of departments, etc.
All this can be implemented by writing a Business Process for distributing transactions between departments and employees under certain conditions. It will be better. And the tunnel allows you to connect different directions and stages in these directions. (this is more for visualization).
