Is it possible to create an ISO image from a 200GB folder?

There is a folder that stores a huge number of files (> 90,000) and its size is about 200GB. It is required to make a backup of this folder once a week, as employees work in it.
Requirements: compile the backup into one file, the ability to quickly open a month-old backup to view the old version of folders and files. Regular Windows tools do not suit.
At the moment, the best option seems to be the idea to collect one 200-gigabyte ISO file from this folder and, if necessary, mount it as a disk in Windows Explorer and work with a week-old backup as with a regular folder. Compression is not required.
Acronis can make backups to .tib files, but reading backups is terribly slow, although there is no compression, you have to wait for a minute until the 5th level folder opens deep in the directory tree.
In this connection, the question is: is it technically possible to create an ISO image of 200 gigabytes in size from a folder and later mount it as a virtual disk? Otherwise, what other solutions to this problem are there? Compression is not required.

@Ranwise

create a disk in TrueCrypt, with simple encryption or even without

Storing 200 GB directory snapshots as ISO images is extremely space inefficient. We need to look for solutions based on the deduplication of repetitive data.

You probably are not friends with your head, since you want to stupidly stuff everything into one file, so that you can mount it later. Yes, just make a copy with xcopy or robocopy and that's it.
If you have a problem with open files, then read how to make a shadow copy, how to mount it as a folder and copy from there.
Well, in general, shadow copies may just work for your solution, look for how to create a shadow copy from the command line.
