Is it possible to create a terrain for playing in SketchUp?

What is the point? There is an assumption that you can make a relief or landscape in the SketchUp program using the sandbox tool and, based on the resulting 3d model, make a landscape for the game. I myself see it this way, for starters, make a relief like the Mariana Trench and a player who will wet all sorts of monsters there)))
Is it possible to use a 3d model from SketchUp in creating a game?
Are there alternatives? If there are examples, please provide a link.
Any information on the topic would be helpful.

No, sketchup is not suitable for this, google terrain software or landscape software
On the other hand, sketchup has many third-party plugins, and you can download some kind of modifier to draw the earth's surface, but you can't do it with standard tools out of the box, or you can, but you will 50 years, because it was not originally created for this
Sketchup was created so that everyone could draw repairs / construction
