Is it possible to create a social project (mobile application) with cloud development?

Hi
I want to create a socially useful program, a platform for good deeds.
I have no practical experience in development,
but if there are Linux, Github, cloud projects without a fixed stack of developers,
then you can develop not by the classic startup method,
but on the basis of an open community.
how to organize joint cloud development with other participants
who will accept my idea and want to participate in it?

Open source and bazaar development is not feeding other people's ideas.
The essence of open source is to attract people who are interested in its development to the development of your product.
Product, not idea. Development, not writing from scratch.
"Brilliant ideas" in any student's head is full, the more of them, the less real knowledge.
If you are not ready to implement your ideas yourself, why would someone be afraid to implement them for you?

Cloud development does not exist. When they talk about clouds, first of all it is provisioning of resources, nothing more. For a startup, clouds are also expensive if there is no architect (or very expensive if there is money, but the requirements are high)

And why develop a "platform of good deeds" from scratch by volunteer developers?
Buy a domain, hosting, install a typical forum engine or purchase a CMS with a bulletin board.
You and everyone will be able to post there information about charitable events or announcements "I will give it to good hands", "we will collect it for treatment", etc.
All you have to do is promote the platform. And no troubles with the organization of the development of "another site with ads."
