2. the android / ios user clicks on the button
3. the standard dialog for creating a contact opens with the filled values ​​that were "in the button".
Goal: do not manually rewrite contacts, but quickly add numbers and names of people to your contact list.

What you want is called URL Sheme. But about adding a contact in this way, in my opinion, there is nothing. You can try alternative options for adding contacts, for example, through a qr-code.
