Is it possible to create a lead along with products in Bitrix 24 when submitting a site form?

Site on modx. Created Bitrix24 snippet. In formit, I pass the Bitrix24 snippet as a hook.
The snippet accesses /crm/configs/import/lead.php' and creates a lead.

Is it possible to create a lead along with products in Bitrix 24 when submitting a site form?

1. Create Lead - crm.lead.add.json get ID
   
2. We attach the product to the Lead - crm.lead.productrows.set.json
