Is it possible to create a game server inside a NAT provider?

My friend and I live in the same house. We have one external IP with him (and it does not change either for him or for me when the router is rebooted). If I create a server in one game, will a friend be able to connect to me if he connects to my local IP inside the NAT provider? I will do port forwarding in my router in advance.

Find out your internal addresses and try to connect. You can see the connection information. Exclude or configure routers and firewalls accordingly.

Depends on the game. If there is a direct connection between the server you created and the clients, and if you can ping your internal address from a friend, then you can.

Where?)
Look at the trace. To do forwarding - the external IP address must be on your router)
And this is possible - only with a "white" IP.
So, option 3:
1. Or the provider allowed user traffic on the internal network between switches / routers (it's easier to call and ask how to set it up).
2. Or one of you needs to buy a "white" IP and raise a game server with port forwarding to a "white" external IP address (or it's easier to set up a VPN server right away).
3. Or use external VPN services such as Hamachi (up to 5 PCs - free).
