Is it possible to create a form with a choice of goods in Bitrix?

Good afternoon.
Interested in the possibility of creating the following order form in Bitrix. Without a personal account and basket. A form with regular text fields, plus a field with a multiple selection of products (from an info block or some file with an upload ..)
So that an email with an order is sent as a result: customer data and a list of goods that he orders.
Are there examples of such implementation?

Step 1: Layout the form
Step 2: Insert the select field into the form, the content that is generated as a result of the CIBlockElement::GetList selection
Step 3: Add ajax, add beauty, attach the Google Captcha
Step 4: Create the second result processing file, check the captcha in it and execute new CIBlockElement
Add, having previously created an infoblock for the list of orders and properties (future fields).
Step 5: Add an event to the init.php file to add an element to the infoblock and execute the mail function, you can get confused by sending letters using mail templates or a message in telegram)
