How to update a page or frame when expanding from cache?

Good afternoon, there is a taxi ordering site, it has an iframe order form with a map, the problem is that after a while opening the site on the phone for the second time, the map may not load and there will be an empty space, as I understand it, it is cached, and then the phone/ the browser unloads it safely and the weaker it is, the more often this happens. The update helps, but I would like to somehow simplify it and either update the page or the frame itself with a script when unfolding from the cache. Any ideas?
