When comparing in Bitrix, the product was not found. What could be wrong?

Damn, everything worked and disappeared. I don't know what or how.
Now, when you click on add to comparison, it shows that "product not found",

even though everything is in id: "bx_117848907_49187_compare_link"
product with ID 49187 exists and is active
