Is it possible to create a file when creating a folder in NetBeans?

All the best.
I make websites in Netbeans. For any folder on the site, the minimum security is the index.html file inside. Is it possible to write some kind of script in NetBeans, or is there a setting so that when a folder is created in the project, such a file is immediately created?
