Is it possible to create a chat bot on RubyOnRails for Viber and is there a ready-made Gem?

There seems to be no Rails api on developers.viber.com . There is nothing in gems for the word Viber either

Viber has a REST API ( https://developers.viber.com/api/rest-bot-api/inde...
Writing a wrapper yourself is not a problem. The only thing is that the documentation is a little behind reality.
