Is it possible to convert HDMI to DisplayPort at 144Hz?

The point is this.
I have an HDMI 2.0 output on my video card. There is a monitor with old HDMI and DisplayPort. The HDMI input can transmit a maximum of [email protected] or [email protected]

On alik there are active converters from HDMI to DisplayPort, but all of them indicate in the description that it is impossible to get above 60hz.

So , are there HDMI-DP converters for transmitting [email protected] or at least 120hz video? And if so, where do you get them?
