Is it possible to connect via dial-up in 2019?

Spherical problem in vacuum. There is an old piece of iron with only a dial-up modem, without the possibility of expansion. Can it be released online? For example, a device, at one end wan, at the second rj12. You call the given number in the device, it initializes the connection. I tried to google, but found only connecting the old hardware through the serial port.

via Dial-Up, you can connect to another Dial-Up modem, and if it is connected to a computer where WAN routing is configured, then why not?
PS and in our city, by the way, Rostelecom still provides Dial-Up Internet access .... maybe it's easier for you to find out about this service in your Rostelecom? ;)
