I chose MS Access as a DBMS, but the manager said to choose MySQL better. Installed OpenServer, created database in MySQL. How to connect it with Delphi 7?

phpMyAdmin is already a client that connects to the database. You need to connect to the database that phpMyAdmin connects to.
I write right away. Install a fresh version of delphi, and do not use the 2002 environment. You put Delphi Community Edition 10.3 off. site. You create a project. You are using a FireDac connection. Everything will be clear there.
