How to find companies that deal with relaunch in the USA?

Someone will consider this question stupid or banal, perhaps even naive. I ask such people to pass by.
I'm 22 years old, I'm a middle fullstack developer (ReactJS/nodeJS). And I'm just obsessed with relocating from the USA. What are my chances with my knowledge and with my age?
How do I look for a job? Just give a resource, or maybe someone has come across a similar one.
Immediately look for companies that are located in the states and submit a resume, or look for companies in Ukraine that are engaged in relaunch?

Even if now you will be a star for an insane amount of money, then the borders are closed for the near future. After the opening of the borders, there will be a lot of dismissed IT specialists in the domestic market and the fear of companies before the migration of employees, so I advise you to calmly grow to senior in one specialist in order to count on at least something.
In fact, middlemen can only count on relocation to the states if they have English at B2 (minimum), have a huge amount of practical experience and, preferably, several tens of thousands of dollars in their account, not to mention the absence of other moments preventing relocation.
