Is it possible to connect through Windows to Android TV via SSH?

I had a task: to launch remotely on a dozen X96 mini TV boxes (os Android TV 7.1.2) a video that is located in the "Video" folder.
I don't know yet a better way than to ssh into Android TV from Windows and run a script on the local machine to run it remotely on all set-top boxes.
Can someone suggest if this can be done? If possible, how?
And if not, what other way can it be done?
