Are there any services for generating a text template from a POST\GET request?

In general, there is a database on the constructor, each data field can be sent via http GET or POST, or simply by url.
So, you need some kind of service or ready-made php that would receive data, generate a Word or other text file (according to a given template, where the transmitted data would be substituted) and send it to the client, that is, the file was downloaded to the computer.

Judging by the rather vague description of the task, only you and your clients need this.
Therefore, take and write such a service for yourself in a day or hire a freelancer.
You can even hire me, but write the task clearly and clearly, starting with "database on the constructor." What is it all about? :)
