Is it possible to connect the layout to the CMS without knowing PHP?

If suddenly I urgently (for example, a week for execution) need to connect the layout to a CMS, for example WordPress, can I do this without knowledge of PHP, but only by reading the engine documentation?
Thank you.

If the implementation of additional functionality is not required, I think it’s quite possible to figure it out for yourself.

You can do it for sure if you know/read the block markup syntax of the template file for a specific CMS.

I somehow threw off a freelance site. so the guy put it together for me on bitrix all rank plane trees
1 included area for the whole site ;) if so then 50\50
if seriously then if you don’t have an active on the site in principle you don’t really need php if you build it dynamically then you need to know php well, or any other language, tea sites do not only live in php;) but although of course this is already a perversion.
