Is it possible to connect Android smartphone to TV without hdmi/slimPort/mhl/etc?

On the hands there is a Higscreen Alpha Rage with a slightly less than completely broken display and touchscreen (there are color ripples). Options such as using well-known adapter standards are not suitable, because, as I understand it, compatibility is not available with all brands of smartphones.
Connecting to a computer is also problematic: you need to confirm it from your smartphone, but you can’t see where to poke it.
Restoration will cost almost the price of the phone, even by the standards of the Chinese (from what I found), but I want to give the piece of iron a second chance as a set-top box.
