Is it possible to connect a menu from another Wordpress database at the template level?

Hello! Interested in this question - there are 5 subdomains that should have a common menu.
The menu is made up of arbitrary links.
How to implement so that I set up such a menu only once and then I can connect it to the header of other sites? There is an option to configure once on one then copy the html code of the menu, but this is not very beautiful.
I would like to understand whether it is possible to connect the menu from the database of one site to 4 other sites?
I display the menu as standard
wp_nav_menu($args);

Thanks, this will partially reduce the work of creating one menu through WP + distribute its html copies to 4 other sites using include( '/file.php' );
