I have a server that runs on Node and I have a registration. Is it possible to connect a php database to a Node server?

If you mean connect to mysql (which was previously accessed via php), then the mysql2 option

db via php? Maybe you have to enter the database to which your php code is connected?
You can connect specifically to the database, the node has a bunch of modules for these purposes, depending on which database.
