Is it possible to connect 2 personal accounts on one Internet cable?
The crux of the matter is that the Internet was connected to my apartment from a UTP provider with a cable, is it possible to somehow split this cable and connect it to 2 routers (and use two different logins issued by the same provider)? Internet from beeline L2TP.

can. if the cable has 8 cores, you can divide it into 2 by 4 cores
at the other end, which is to the provider, you need to do the same
This question can only be answered by your ISP's support team.
Technically, the provider can give you two ip addresses, the router is configured to redirect to the corresponding machine on the local network or on different subnets (if supported, cheap ones may not be able to do this) and organize separate billing ... i.e. even two routers are not required
, but whether he wants to do this is the main question, it is better to ask him in the support service.
It all depends on the specific provider, its Wishlist and settings (capabilities) of the equipment on site.
Technically: if they do not have any filtering at the access level, then nothing prevents one, not very stupid, router from raising 2 L2TP (own and neighbor's) and assigning them to different LAN ports.
Or some other troubles, depending on what the Provo has done.
