Now I'm choosing a video card, and I came across the fact that there are very few video cards with two HDMI connectors.
Accordingly, the question is brewing, is it possible to connect 2 monitors via one HDMI or DisplayPort port, through a splitter?
Or will you have to connect one via HDMI and the other via DisplayPort?

If you connect 2 monitors through one connector with some kind of splitter, you will get two monitors that will have the same information. It will not be possible to "extend" the desktop in this way.
