Is it possible to configure an analogue of dns health check on bind as on amazon route 53?

Is it possible to configure an analogue of dns health check on bind as on amazon route 53?
The bottom line is, I have 2 balancing, in different DCs, in different subnets. Both balancers are now configured with dns round robin, and if one of them falls, then in 30 seconds the client gets to the second balancer and the site becomes available again.
I want to get away from dns round robin and set up an analogue of dns health check like on amazon route 53, so that when the host crashes, its dns record is removed from the issue. I can’t use amazon route 53, because the project is purely inside the network perimeter and does not look at the Internet. Is it really possible to do this on a bind or other opensource dns server?
Another nuance, there is no technical possibility to use bgp or floating ip, so I want to solve this problem through dns records.
