Is it possible to comfortably learn js without the Internet?

Forced to temporarily move to remote places where there is practically no opportunity to use the Internet. Question - is it possible to learn js without internet? What programs need to be installed to be able to write code? I understand that this is at least a node and some kind of notepad +. But is this enough? I set myself a simple task for the 'offline' period
- to consolidate the understanding of the basis of js, ideally - to learn react, work with databases (sqlite, Mongodb). I would also like to dive into test automation (working with selenium).
It would be great to see a list of required software. Is Node js and notepad+ enough for js development? Interested in web development.

The Internet makes life a lot easier.
But I just feel like an old grandfather at 35 - when I started programming, I only read about the Internet in books. And sometimes I programmed literally on a piece of paper, then retyping the code in Turbo Pascal and checking its performance. So if you want, anything is possible.
Grab your books, install VS Code and go.

Yes, it's possible. A couple of books, articles and the necessary tools (idea, database and others that you need) will be enough. But there is a problem - without the Internet, it may simply not be possible to solve some problem.
