Is it possible to come to the data center for those. work at night?

Guys, faced with such a situation. We have our own server and we are located in the St. Petersburg data center. Now there is a need to increase the amount of memory on the server, and for this, of course, you need to remove the server, because. There is no hot swap support. So, when we say that we need to get to the data center after 22.00, because about 350 sites are hosted on the server and downtime in the daytime even for 15 minutes can be very unprofitable, then the support of the data center says that we will come we can no later than 17.00. In the conditions for visiting the data center, it is written that the time for working with servers is unlimited. Those. can I come there at 17.00 and hang around there at least until two in the morning? Has anyone experienced similar inconsistency? Maybe someone had similar cases of spinelessness of data center employees? How can this be dealt with?

Guys. The question is extremely difficult. New details have come to light.
The rack rental agreement is concluded with Peterhost, and Peterhost uses the services of the Eltel data center. Eltel gives 24/7 access to the equipment, but Peterhost most likely keeps its employees there during certain hours and therefore cannot provide 24/7 access to their rack. In general, my advice to you is not to rent a place from Peterhost if you need hassle-free access to your equipment.

Choose a data center that can be visited around the clock. :)
Ours, for example.
