Is it possible to combine these two sticks of RAM?

Good evening.
I wanted to buy a second ram. I decided to take exactly the same one that already exists, but due to the impossibility of picking it up from the store that sells it, I drew attention to a very similar one. Now I have a Crucial CT8G4DFS8213, I plan to buy a Crucial CT8G4DFS824A. They have the same type of memory, but the one that is available has a memory frequency of 1066 MHz, the second has 2400 MHz. Can they be combined?
I don't understand this at all, I hope you can help me. Thank you!

Yes, they will work, but there is a possibility that one of the RAM sticks will not work. The RAM sticks will work at a lower frequency, that is, 2133 MHz.
