Is it possible to co-edit an Issue?

Good day.
There is such a question: if an employee creates an Issue, can the whole team edit, add some details to this Issue? I mean pure co-editing, i.e. without commenting on the post.

I understand you are talking about Atlassians Jira.
At the same time - no, except perhaps if these are different details (one rules the status, the other describes).
It's more correct to do it in such a way that only the reporter and assignee govern, and the rest send comments.
PS So far, google docs is doing a great job of co-editing, and you can indicate in the issue a link to the document in which you will edit everything together, and then export the result as an attachment when it is completed. We did this a couple of times while the ToR was a draft.
