Is it possible to close certain ports to the outside, but at the same time they would be available inside the local network?

Is it possible to cover ports with iptables to the outside and at the same time they would be available inside the local network. We are talking about protecting elastic, redis and similar services. Maybe someone has a link to an example. Thanks in advance.

If I understand correctly, you have a host with services that are listening on some port. The same host looks in the Internet.
If everything is so, then you can simply specify in iptables from which interface to allow connections, and from which to drop.
