Is it possible to choose a Russian server in CloudFlare?
I use CloudFlare as a CDN for a site completely focused on Russia, the CIS.
The problem
is that when using CloudFlare, it appears that the site is located in the USA https://yadi.sk/i/Z-29LxutPiQq6w
the location of the servers is one of the ranking factors of the PS.
Is it possible to somehow specify Russia or one of the CIS countries, Ukraine using CloudFlare?

No, you cannot select a location in CloudFlare. Not even CloudFlare itself can.
CloudFlare uses anycast technology. In a nutshell, this is when the same IP address is announced at once by several geographically separated data centers. And for a visitor from America, traffic will land on an American DC, and for a visitor from Russia to a Russian DC, even if both such settlers go to the same IP address.
Search engines are aware of this technology because they use it themselves. So the geography of the site is not determined by them solely by the IP address.
The meaning of CDN is that IP addresses of the nearest servers are issued. If you check the location through a US server, then it will get the US IP addresses and check them. Ping from your computer and see what the response is.
200 dalars per month for the Business and Cloudflare tariff will be given from the server closest to the client, it is highly likely that for Russians these will be Russian servers.
At rates below Cloudflare gives from the server from which they are cheaper.
