At least it is clear how this scheme worked, if someone put a vote, then it was checked whether he was there or not. I don't understand anonymous people.

And who said that they are actually anonymous? Perhaps the results are simply not displayed to normal users.

Anonymous / non-anonymous - no difference. I have never contacted, but it is obvious that old bad botnets are used.
They are anonymous only for users, in any case, the system checks whether the voice is linked to the account on the social network, roughly speaking.
