Is it possible to change / supplement the google chrome dictionary?
You probably know that Chrome has such a feature - spell check. After turning it on, the browser starts to underline the words in which you make a mistake, and by right-clicking on a word you can see the spelling options.
The question is - is it possible to supplement these options with your own? (I want to create a chrome extension that will offer other words that are similar in spelling, differing in a couple of letters, and not just the correct version of what is underlined

How about converting to svg? There are even online converters that will make svg out of png. And in svg, in a text editor, change colors as needed.
It's high time to take note that CSS doesn't do all sorts of layer blending. There are some works in this direction, but we are not talking about cross-browser compatibility yet: https://css-tricks.com/basics-css-blend-modes/
Therefore: merge layers - cut out the image.
