Is it possible to change only the ip address in a configured VPN?

There is a successfully raised link between two CISCOs. On one of the cisco switches, the external ip address has changed. Is it possible to change only the ip in an existing vpn tunnel so as not to reconfigure the existing vpn channel?

If the interface remains the same, then change the ip accordingly on it and change the tunnel destination value to a new one
