What kind of nonsense?
The provider gave you an IP address and knows not only it, but your real address (location) - and will merge it at the first whistle. And he also knows a lot more.
You cannot be connected to tyrnet through a VPN. Through a VPN, you can go somewhere, but the initial connection is still made without any VPN.
and yes, the provider sees the fact of using a VPN.
