Is it possible to bypass the request limit for BSC and ETH?

Now the limit of requests for bsc is 10k requests per 5 minutes, if it is exceeded, it sends an empty object, is it possible to bypass this somehow?

if there is an IP limit, use a proxy/different nodes.
If there is an acc limit, use different acc.
and there is no easy way.
