Is it possible to bypass modem lock on iphone using jailbreak?

There is such a device, in which the communication modem has fallen off. Coincidentally, the iphone was reset to factory settings. After that, when you try to configure, a message appears stating that something is wrong, and you can’t configure further. I also saw a video about "hacking" devices on ios 12, which is on this device. There it is removed using jailbreak, namely Ra1nUSB. I understand that these are completely different situations, but will it be possible to "bypass" this message using this method? Or just reboil the modem?

Why not just replace the communication module?
And Jailbreak is from somewhere in the early 2010s, new devices can no longer be hacked (simply because no one needs it).
