Is it possible to bypass memory problems at the software level?

The question is, we have a relatively old Aspire V3 772g laptop with 8GB on board in the form of one bar + 3 free slots for it.
Definitely there are memory problems, the small-scale memory tester speaks about this:
- No BSOD
- the bar was rearranged - the problem is not in the mother
- firewood from the laptop - the problem is not in the firewood
- problems arise when working with compressed content (pictures, 3d models, resource bundles and so on) by some kind of "compressor" - from winrar / 7zip to something wildly exotic)
- resulting files of compressed content can have different weights - does not correlate with the problem
Problem: unarc.dll, errors -7/-1, constant rehash of torrents ( I haven't tried uTorrent for a long time, the main one is Deluge)
Are there ways to save memory operation (yes, albeit with loss of efficiency)?
The laptop went with me to the village, another 5-6 days with him here ... love each other, no torrents, no work, no fi ha =(

Memory management is handled by the operating system, there are no regular tools to bypass such a problem (and cannot be), there are no non-standard ones either, because there is no point. In the days of the dos, I saw this, now it has not been for a long time.
What you can try is to see if there is an opportunity in the BIOS to play around with the timings. True, bios in laptops are usually greatly curtailed.
Well, you can also just try to gently wipe the contacts on the bar.

If you suspect memory problems, then first run a day of memtest86 or the like.
The technology for bypassing problematic memory exists, but only in servers, and even then not in all.
Your laptop doesn't.

there is no solution at the software level, only the replacement of the bar
