Repeatedly I catch locks on the Dvach image board, each of them is signed as a "subnet" lock. I'm using mobile Internet, but through a laptop, and no vpn-s, phone reboots, airplane modes - nothing helps.

I heard that you can bypass the blocking using a proxy, but everywhere they seem to be 3 times overpriced.
1) Is there a proxy that will not fade after blocking, so that, like with IP, you press one button, and the address changes, and the ban comes off? If yes, what is it called?
2) Is it possible to regularly bypass blocking on the subnet without using a proxy?

You need to rent a VPS from a normal hosting. And there put yourself a personal VPN.
Of course, it is not allowed to change the address everywhere, but in theory they should not be banned.
