Is it possible to buy a used Macbook for 10,000-15,000 rubles for copywriting?

Your laptop is dying. While there is no way to buy expensive. Thinking of a used model. I work on a laptop with windows, but read good reviews about macbooks.

I understand that the amount of 10000-15000 is small, but so far, for my own reasons.

For what reasons is it a laptop, and not a stationary one?
Still, on older models, even a new battery holds a couple of hours. Is there any sense in this?
Unless it saves space.
